Nine Year Sentence for Forex Fraud. Too harsh or not ...

How to avoid a forex scam

Forex Trading – Is It Legitimate?

Forex (Foreign Exchange) is not a scam and certainly can be a credible and legitimate way of making money. However, whenever there are large sums of money involved, the shadier elements of society are never lagging. There are plenty of nefarious brokers that target novices, experienced traders and everyone else in between.
Forex scams are unfortunately common. At Broker Complaint Registry we have seen many forex, binary options and CFD scams emerge. Here are a couple of things to look out for whether you are an experienced trader or a complete novice.

Regulated Forex Broker?

The very first step to take to avoid becoming a victim of a Forex scam is to make sure you open an account with a regulated broker. There are many dominions that regulate Forex trading including the FCA in the UK, ASIC in Australia, and the CFTC and the NFA in the United States. Do not solely rely what is on the broker’s website. Check them out online and make sure they are regulated. It is simple to place a regulation on a website so use the resources available to you such as https://register.fca.org.uk/. Be sure to call the forex broker and find out who they are and what they do. Do not get pressured into opening an account unless you are 100% at ease.
However, merely checking to see whether the broker is regulated is not enough. There are numerous regulatory agencies such as CySEC that do not apply strict enough oversight and fail to implement harsh penalties for any brokers that violate their rules.

Guaranteed ROI

Any broker that guarantees a return on investment (ROI) is a surefire scam. For example, a “broker” may be approached to invest your money with an organization that will trade on your behalf and promise yearly or monthly returns for as long as you keep investing with them. Many of these con artists promise 40-50 % of your invested capital guaranteed PER MONTH. These “returns” are absolutely unsustainable and almost always involve other investors continuing to add money to the pot. This is called a Ponzi scheme. Remember Bernie Madoff anyone?
Forex trading is risky and while there are plenty of individuals who can consistently earn money trading, no one will say it is a guarantee.

Fund Withdrawal

If the forex broker or account manager tries to prevent you from withdrawing your funds or your return on investment, then you know that it is a forex scam. There is absolutely no reason that it should take anymore than a few business days for your money to be returned. Even some regulated brokers have refused to allow their clientele to withdraw. Take OTCapital as an example. They are regulated by ASIC, but Broker Complaint Registry has dealt with numerous individuals that have been unable to withdraw their funds.
What to Do if You Have Been Scammed

The Petrodollar Is The Root of All Evil

So here is the core element of what I believe, drives US foreign policy (Wars/Conflicts/Sanctions) and also domestic policy. I tried to trim my draft down so it's not a TLDR, but not leave out any critical information or citations/sources. This is pulled directly from this brief article: Petrodollar
"KEY TAKEAWAYS
This list of facts should make clear just how dependent US currency is on the global oil economy. Which brings us to something called The Triffin Dilemma .
"By "agreeing" to have its currency used as a reserve currency, a country pins its hands behind its back.
In order to keep the global economy chugging along, it may have to inject large amounts of currency into circulation, driving up inflation at home. The more popular the reserve currency is relative to other currencies, the higher its exchange rate and the less competitive domestic exporting industries become. This causes a trade deficit for the currency-issuing country, but makes the world happy. If the reserve currency country instead decides to focus on domestic monetary policy by not issuing more currency then the world is unhappy."
"Reserve Currency ParadoxBecoming a reserve currency presents countries with a paradox. They want the "interest-free" loan generated by selling currency to foreign governments, and the ability to raise capital quickly, because of high demand for reserve currency-denominated bonds. At the same time they want to be able to use capital and monetary policy to ensure that domestic industries are competitive in the world market, and to make sure that the domestic economy is healthy and not running large trade deficits.
Unfortunately, both of these ideas – cheap sources of capital and positive trade balances – can't really happen at the same time."
Obviously, the US and global economy is a complex system with many moving parts but I think, just this small amount of information begins to clarify the bigger picture. It seems as though most people have accepted the idea that we have engaged in bad faith wars in the name of stealing oil, which is true on some level, but we are not actually trying to seize the oil, we are trying to force the entire world to participate in OUR oil economy in a way that benefits us the most.
Which leads me to the final part of this post. The Non-Alignment Movement (NAM) is a collection of approximately 120 nations that have joined together, starting back during the cold war, in an effort to remain independent and not be pressured in to choosing sides between the US and Russia. Many of these countries, such as Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and most recently, Venezuela and Syria, have either dropped the petrodollar or made efforts to trade in other currencies. If this list looks familiar, it's because we have invaded, occupied and/or attempted regime change backed by MSM reporting of human rights violations or threat of nuclear proliferation. Obviously, we have pretty solid evidence that most of these claims were completely false.
One of the main focuses of NAM these days, has been to conduct trade and handle the oil on their land, any way they see fit and they have been mounting a pretty strong coalition in response to the insanely harsh sanctions that we have tried to levy. Article About NAM and US Sanctions . This is essentially economic terrorism and unfortunately, most people, including myself, are not quite able to grasp just how de-stabilizing these sanctions are but it is slowly becoming clear to the public that we have been carrying out this policy of global dominance for decades.
The Trump WH and John Bolton just happen to be much more open about their motives: In January, White House National Security Advisor John Bolton issued a veiled threat on Twitter: My advice to bankers, brokers, traders, facilitators, and other businesses: don’t deal in gold, oil, or other Venezuelan commodities being stolen from the Venezuelan people by the Maduro mafia. We stand ready to continue to take action.
On his Twitter account, Trump insisted, “We have only one real currency in the USA, and it is stronger than ever, both dependable and reliable. It is by far the most dominant currency anywhere in the World, and it will always stay that way. It is called the United States Dollar!”
I realize that this may not be the most exciting topic, considering the kind of news we have been peppered with recently, but I think it is important for people to consider. It seems pretty clear that almost all of our military operations around the world have everything to do with giant oil companies, defense contractors and the petrodollar and have nothing to do with spreading democracy or freeing civilians from oppressive regimes. Our allegiance with Saudi Arabia makes a lot more sense and our insane obsession on Russia also starts to take focus. Russia is also a member of NAM and is basically the biggest country that has chosen to defy the US. And since we can't push them around like a weaker country, we rely on a constant fear-mongering campaign by our media outlets.
Following the NAM summit, Venezuelan Economy Minister Tareck El Aissami announced his country’s establishment of a payment system to meet obligations to Russia that will be covered with rubles. The developments have sent the US establishment into a frenzy.
Still working on part 2, but hope some people will find this informative....

Constructively Dealing with Failure, Doubts and Anxiety.

After my recent post on "Health Over Wealth in Day Trading" a lot of people sent me messages, and a lot of people have the same sorts of questions. I've now had a chance to read all these (if I've not replied to you yet, I will) and thought I should do a post covering the recurring themes I see in questions people ask.

There are many ways to ask the same question and address the same concern. To reduce these down to one simple question what people have the most trouble with is "Will I ultimately succeed?". To reduce this down to a more honest question, "Am I good enough?". This is something that starts to nag at you after you've put in notable effort and experienced nothing but short term success followed by crushing failure.

Let's first address an important question, and not one I see people being told to ask themselves often enough.

"Should I even try?"

Many times people say things that have an underlying statement of "Maybe this is not for me". Most communities will meet this with support and encouragement, but are these always the best thing to do? Maybe it's not for you. Through all different methods and styles to succeed in trading people have to be able to balance an expectancy of winning with an acceptance of loss and also confront the fact that no matter how good they get, there is never any certainty in what the next candle will do. You have to find some kind of "zen" with all that. Initially it will jar against the default thought processes and emotions of most people. Depending on different aspects of your character re-training yourself to accept and overcome this can be easy or maybe even impossible.

It's not only "can you do this?", but also "do you even want to?" If you are able to do this but it's going to be a horrible experience for you, are you sure it's the best thing to be investing your time and energy in? The fact you've decided to take on the Forex markets shows you are more free thinking and probably more driven than a lot of people. Do not sell yourself short, you can do anything you want. Is this really going to be the most beneficial way for you to obtain what your ultimate desires are (which is probably not to be a trader, it is something you believe that will bring with it).

Some people can't do it. Some people could, but it's probably not going to be enjoyable for them. To put it into a simpler example; if you're legally blind you can not be a pilot. If you're terrified of heights you technically could be ... but do you want to be? It's okay to walk away. You can dip a toe in and decide against it. The water is cold, and it takes a while to warm up.

This leads us to the next question to be asking yourself. Some of you while reading through the above would have been finding ways to affirm to yourself that you do want to do this. It is for you. You will find your way. If you have been thinking anything along the lines of that ... why? What is your happy ending? Take some time to really think about what your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is. Project yourself into this life in your mind. Take some time to live there in your thoughts. You want to go somewhere. There'd be no reason to doubt you'd "Make it" if you were not. Where is it? Why?

Once you've been able to clearly identify where you want to be and why you want to be there, think about the sort of person that is needed to be there? Hopefully you aim high, really high. So the sort of person it has to be is epic. Legendary. Dare I even say a hero! Get a clear idea of who that person is in your mind, and then realise you have the privilege of crafting this person into existence. This is the wonder of life. We can pick these things and we can progress towards them. Then once we have succeeded, we get to play in the world which we once fantasised over.

I am going to repeat it, because I really want those who need to understand this to get it into their heads;
Get a clear idea of who that person is in your mind, and then realise you have the privilege of crafting this person into existence. This is the wonder of life. We can pick these things and we can progress towards them. Then once we have succeeded, we get to play in the world which we once fantasised over.

Once you have done this, you have a far healthier way of looking at your objective. All you need to do is keep asking yourself what your hero (future you) would do. What would they know you do not? What might they have read? How would they think differently? What flaws do you have relative to them? You are less inclined to ask yourself questions like "can I do it?", "will it work?", "Why do I always lose". You'll be more inclined to phrase these same thoughts (which are doubts, fears and anxieties) as "What it is I need to do?", "How do I make it work?", "How do understand my losing trades"? Your mind will seek out answers to the questions you put into it with your own thoughts.

Depending on your starting place the exact same feelings, events, situations and outcomes will trigger self questioning (we all have it, as far as I know) and the way you have set out your perspective on how you view yourself relative to your end goal will determine how these questions are framed. Constructive questions have constructive answers. If you are not clear on where you want to go, and the person you will have become to get get there you will ask yourself questions from desperation. When you have done the steps laid out here, you will ask yourself questions of determination.

The line between desire and despair is hair thin. Be sure you keep on the right side of it by having a compelling ending to work towards.

Once you have adopted this approach, there is no real failure. Everything is small relative to the big pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Every time your make actions and decisions that are not up to the standard they should be, you just got a chance to learn more about the things you have to do to transfer today's you into the required hero you. It's only information. It's just telling you where you need to improve. Understand you are good enough. Right now, you are good enough. If you get this into your head, you'll do the rest. What you are not, yet, is ready.

"Every time I feel like I've made some progress I end up disappointed. I think I've got something, and then it breaks down"

Welcome to speculation, my friend. There are many paths and many dead ends. Your future hero needs to know this. The only way to find this out in a way you know it truly and personally is to have experienced it. This is part of the price that the current you has to pay for the future hero you to be possible. Sucks to be you, for a little while. The longer you stick at it, the more you have compounded experience. When you see something new, you can relate it to things you've seen in the past and be quicker to understand it. The more you've seen, the more potential to understand what you see.

You're just learning to lose. It's not that big a deal in the long term. The problem is you've not framed learning to trade as learning how people lose in trading, as well as how people win. You need to know both sides of the coin. They're almost one and the same. By doing the opposite of those losing, you will become a winner. When you keep that in mind, isn't it wonderful that you can generate tonnes and tonnes of firsthand information on how you can lose money in the Forex markets?

First become a more analytical loser. Do not be emotional. You should know by now your future hero has to be rational, cool, calm and pragmatic. Examine how you lose. Try to find the worst trades, because these are where you can make the most progress. Slightly adjusting your point of view on the markets will make your worst trades your best trades. Doing this is not too hard. The hard bit is truthfully understanding why you make bad trades. What thoughts or analysis you have that routinely produces losing outcomes? Literally on the other side of that is the technical ability needed for your happy ending.

"I've been trying for a long time and I almost feel like I know less now that I ever did"

Welcome to trading, my friend. There will come a horrible point where you feel like the stuff you learned has only made things more complicated. Information conflicts with other information. Your assumptions get blown away by the market doing things you've not seen before. It is like all the progress you have made get wiped out, but it does not. Not as long as are critical in your assessments. Where could you have been better. What did you do wrong. Never allow yourself the luxury of blaming the market or unexpected events. Always ask yourself how you should have done better. If you want excuses for not doing as well as you could have, you'll find them. People will console you with them (because they excuse themselves with them), but the fact is if you do not take every thing that happens and try to work out how you could have done it better, you are squandering opportunities to progress and improve.

Always blame yourself. Don't be harsh on yourself, just always think there is a future hero version of you that can do that so much better. The reason they can, is because they learned to be accountable for their outcomes. Always blaming yourself for your short comings will pay off later, when you know damn well it was you that crafted your own success. It was never luck. You need to take an internal locus of control perspective on the markets (Google that if you do not know what it is). While maintaining this at all times, you must also understand you do not influence the market so you must follow it (not try to dictate it). These are somewhat conflicting things, but that's trading for you.

For all it's nuances and complexity, life is simple enough. Who you are determines what you can do. If you are able to make a profile of the person you'd have to be to do whatever it is you want to do, you can build yourself into that person. A lot of people experience pain because they lament that they are not that person today, but we can enjoy the process if we start to value the building of that person. Each day, we get to do it. Then we get to be it.

Why I switched to crypto after I traded 10 years with forex

I recently noticed that the Forex trading market is insanely regulated which means that the middlemen are present everywhere in this world, therefore, I decided to make my analysis about the so-called wonderful world of Forex trading.
Starting with unresponsive brokers and ending with smartly hidden fees and costs, the Forex trading process can become very expensive very fast and this can happen even before a trader can turn a dollar into profit.
This means that traders need to have a considerable amount of capital before they can begin trade. I also believe that institutional involvement is another significant aspect of Forex trading, unlike crypto, Forex traders are competing with established banks, high-frequency traders, and other specialized companies.
In a nutshell, I have found that this institutional involvement makes it very challenging to compete.
Here are some very interesting and productive facts as to why cryptocurrency trading is better than forex trading:
1) Your safety, your money
Unlike the Forex market where there are many suffocating regulations, as well as many cases of identity theft, crypto traders that use digital currency are in direct control of their transactions which makes everything much safer. Another important thing here that I’ve noticed here is that the transactions are made free from the identities of the parties involved. This grants a considerable amount of help in protecting users from all forms of identity theft.
2) There is no inflation
Every traditional currency experiences different inflation fluctuations because of the ongoing movement of global economies which shifts prices continuously. In response to this, countries print more money, therefore, increasing capital inflation. Cryptocurrency does not experience this issue. That’s why it is more predictable.
3) Cryptocurrency trading is a clear process
Unlike forex trading crypto trading uses a recorder which is called a blockchain, it is here where all transactions are recorded and monitored. In other words, when a transaction is completed it is automatically transcribed on the ledger. These transactions can be verified by anyone anytime. No person or organization can modify this ledger this is why this is considered to be the biggest security feature.
4) Fast and solid transactions.
Probably the best advantage, when compared to the forex market, is that the crypto market is free from any type of central banking regulations and control as well as other third-party vendors, that’s why transaction fees are extremely low.
5) Availability
The crypto investment funds bring many opportunities between parties anywhere in the world. These enable individuals to use and trade cryptocurrency even if they are from harsh countries without solid banking institutions.
What are crypto funds and why they are beating forex?
In the complex world of cryptocurrency trading, a user is required to have plenty of crypto assets.
Those who are new to this practice are already mining an abundant quantity of cryptocurrency, without the help of an investment fund this can be rather difficult due to the growing complexities of the prospecting process.
So I ask myself how can novices build up their assets?
This is when a crypto fund comes into the picture!
I’ve discussed with trading specialists who specialize in creating crypto funds to give you all the characteristics of what the crypto funds are as well as the new outcomes in this field.
A crypto fund is the regulated asset of a digital currency that is accessible to the investors for replication, it also works as a connection between a trader, who is producing the crypto fund, and the one who would gladly invest in that supply.
The concluding goal of engaging in a crypto fund is to augment crypto assets for both the winning participants.
In the year 2020, the crypto funds have evolved as the digital translation of fiat currency. Because this is an independent form of currency, it enables anyone to inaugurate a fund solely by adding a new cryptocurrency.
As a consequence, several types of crypto funds have developed aiming to gratify the desire of investors and traders so that they can ultimately increase their digital assets.
Many currencies are regulated by their governments making them sensitive to financial and pecuniary procedures as well as other geopolitical developments. On the other hand, cryptocurrencies are managed instantly by clever algorithms and are only influenced by the actions of those using them. This makes the crypto market more engaging for investors who do not want vulnerability to inflation or state administration policy arrangements.
Why did I invest in crypto funds instead of trading or mining
Here are the major advantages that you may experience after you invest in a crypto fund:
Ending Ideas
In conclusion I feel confident that Forex is now becoming a trading process of the past and it will continue to remain affixed in the 2000’s but now in the year 2020 the future resides in the crypto investment fund because it is a highly suitable method to earn money without getting stuck in any difficult mining algorithms. I have also created a guide about the top 50 most popular mistakes in crypto trading. Hope you find it useful

Which Are Your Top 5 Platforms Out Of The Top100? An Analysis.

There are currently a lot of platforms, more specifically, there are 35 platforms within the Top100 only and many do very similar things. How is one supposed to know how they differ? That was the question that I asked myself.
So, I decided to compare all platforms within the Top100. I noticed that they can be put into into 5 different categories. Note: A platform is a cryptocurrency that offers smart contracts at least.
  1. Dapps platforms - 12
  2. BaaS - 11
  3. Liquidity - 2
  4. Misc - 7
  5. Behemoths -3
Here are all platforms in an excel spread sheet in their categories with a description: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1s8PHcNvvjuy848q18py_CGcu8elRGQAUIf86EYh4QZo/edit#gid=268170779
In order to find out which one is the best platform in each market currently and made sure to be strict with every platform and point out their flaws.
Let's look at the 5 markets.

1) Dapps platforms

Dapps platforms are definitely a solid bet for the next years. Besides Ethereum, Neo, EOS and Stellar are probably the most known here, however, all 4 are simply extremely centralized and would need to completely change their architecture to become more decentralized. Until that happens, none of these platform can really be considered as a platform with good technology, since everyone can achieve high scalability by letting a few hundred nodes do the consensus algorithm. There is nothing difficult about that. The difficulty is achieving several million TPS with 100,000 nodes deciding consensus.
Cardano, Aeternity are the only ones that seem to be able to maintain excellent decentralization with high scalability, because they scale through side-chains/horizontally.
All platforms considered, Ethereum seems to be on the way there as well with its change to Casper.
  1. Cardano has a great team, has probably the most secure PoS that was peer-reviewed in a scientific approach, has their mainnet launched, has near infinite scalability through sidechains and offers broad usability of Smart contracts in a number of programming languages.
  2. Ethereum is a 2nd generation blockchain that allows the use of smart contracts and dapps on a smaller scope. Ethereum currently has bad scalability, though this concern could be alleviated by the soon to be implemented Sharding concept and its new PoS/PoW consensus algorithm Casper. Still, there are platforms with much more comprehensive dapp ecosystems, and much more scalability. However, Ethereum just closed a partnership with AWS. This is probalby the biggest partnership in the cryptosphere. Though, in order to be better than any of the top 3 platforms, it would need to provide Oracles, a lot more functionality for dapps, partnerships, decentralized data storage, cloud computing.
  3. Neblio is similar to NEO and a good platform, though it has a much smaller market cap.
  4. EOS has high scalability, though is much more centralized than Skycoin, Elastos and Cardano. However, it offers a lot of functionality for Dapps. EOS is overhyped. It is on the same level as Neblio, Neo, Aeternity, but not on the same level as Skycoin, Elastos, IOTA, Cardano.
  5. NEO is a very established platform in this category. However, Neo dapps scale on-chain and can thus clog the network quickly. For that reason, NEO had to pick a very centralized approach to maintain scalability and it looking to rely on hand-picked nodes to maintain scalability in the future, very similar to EOS also very centralized approach of 121 handpicked nodes.
  6. Stellar has similar goals as Ripple, only that it is more a platform than only a currency, so it does offer more functionality. . Stellar uses Byzantine Fault Tolerance in the consensus protocol, which ensures secure consensus can be reached (moving the blockchain forward) even if a large percentage of nodes are disabled or acting dishonestly. It also helps keep nodes distributed. Stellar is a good platform with tight involvement with banks. While it doesn't have as much functionality as all above platforms, it can probably carve out its niche by doing really good business with banks.
  7. Aeternity: We’ve seen recently, that it’s difficult to scale the execution of smart contracts on the blockchain. Crypto Kitties is a great example. Something as simple as creating and trading unique assets on Ethereum bogged the network down when transaction volume soared. Ethereum and Zilliqa address this problem with Sharding. Aeternity focuses on increasing the scalability of smart contracts and dapps by moving smart contracts off-chain. Instead of running on the blockchain, smart contracts on Aeternity run in private state channels between the parties involved in the contracts. State channels are lines of communication between parties in a smart contract. They don’t touch the blockchain unless they need to for adjudication or transfer of value. Because they’re off-chain, state channel contracts can operate much more efficiently. They don’t need to pay the network for every time they compute and can also operate with greater privacy. An important aspect of smart contract and dapp development is access to outside data sources. This could mean checking the weather in London, score of a football game, or price of gold. Oracles provide access to data hosted outside the blockchain. In many blockchain projects, oracles represent a security risk and potential point of failure, since they tend to be singular, centralized data streams. Aeternity proposes decentralizing oracles with their oracle machine. Doing so would make outside data immutable and unchangeable once it reaches Aeternity’s blockchain. Of course, the data source could still be hacked, so Aeternity implements a prediction market where users can bet on the accuracy and honesty of incoming data from various oracles. It also uses prediction markets for various voting and verification purposes within the platform. Aeternity’s network runs on on a hybrid of proof of work and proof of stake. Founded by a long-time crypto-enthusiast and early colleague of Vitalik Buterin, Yanislav Malahov.
  8. IOST: To improve speed and scalability, IOStoken uses a Proof of Believability consensus mechanism eliminating the need for an energy-hungry proof-of-work protocol, which stands as a barrier to blockchain scaling up for widespread adoption. With this system, a node is validated based on its past contributions and behaviors. Moreover, to increase fairness and to most fully embrace the decentralized nature of the blockchain, IOS uses a “fairness” algorithm that randomly distributes data to various nodes. It’s intended to support service-oriented goods and services with large customer bases. Decentralized applications and smart contracts, the hallmarks of blockchain platforms, are a priority for IOS as well.
  9. Request Network: Req payments can be used for online purchases, business to business invoices, escrow, advanced payments and eventually IoT payments between machines. Other than payments, the Request Network is also tackling auditing and budget transparency. Businesses have the ability to track invoices to audit payments as well as record transactions for accounting purposes. Governments, nonprofits, and other organizations can also use Request to bring transparency to their budget and expenditures.
  10. Rchain: Similar to Ethereum with smart contracts, though much more scalable at an expected 40,000 TPS and possible 100,000 TPS. However, Rchain has not launched ye..
  11. Ziliqa: Zilliqa is building a new way of sharding, so that 10,000 tps are soon possible by being linearly scalable with the number of nodes. That means, the more nodes, the faster the network gets. They are looking at implementing privacy as well.Rchain is an ok platform.
  12. Ethereum classic is the original Ethereum that decided not to fork after a hack for philosophical reasons. The Ethereum that we know is its fork.

2) BaaS (Blockchain-as-a-Service)

BaaS take a different route to adoption than mere Dapps platforms. They are also dapp platforms, but focus on businesses (B2B) instead of end-users (B2C) within the cryptosphere. They sell their blockchain services to companies, who then can build their own customizable blockchain as a side-chain to the BaaS without hassle and worry about technology or blockchain architecture. This is all handled by the BaaS company already and the customer only needs to change a few variables and they have their own blockchain. Side-chains are interesting, because they allow virtually infinite scaling, since there can be an infinite number of side-chains that only communicate with the main-chain occasionally and handle the majority of transactions on their own chain. This is also called horizontal scaling.
The success of a BaaS platform largely depends on its ability to close partnerships to sell to large businesses and having the best usability. The more contracts they can sell to businesses and institutions, the more valuable it will be. For that reason, the BaaS with the best ability to form partnerships and do sales will win this market. Technology isn't as important here. Of course, the platform has to work without bugs, but having a platform with outstanding technology, average usability and average marketing will lose against a platform with average technology, great usability and great marketing.
  1. VeChain is a Singapore-based project that’s building a business enterprise platform and inventory tracking system. . While it is not really competing with the above mentioned platforms, any of them can build supply management tools into their platform and compete with VeChain. However, VeChain has very strong partnerships. This gives them some protection of any of the above mentioned entering the market. Examples are verifying genuine luxury goods and food supply chains. VeChain has one of the strongest communities in the crypto world. If you are looking for something more high risk, high return, have a look into Ambrosus and Devery(Eve). Both also seem to be good at building partnerships, which is the most important characteristic for a supply chain platform required to succeed.
  2. Icon is called the Korean Ethereum. However, it specializes more on building customizable blockchains for banks, insurance providers, hospitals, and universities, since it's a BaaS. Icon has a focus on on ID verification and payments. Icon is ery close behind Vechain, because with Samsung and Line.
  3. WTC is a supply chain management platform, similar to Vechain, however, with fewer partnerships.
  4. Komodo’s open-source platform is for doing transparent, anonymous, private, and fungible transactions. They are then made ultra-secure using Bitcoin’s blockchain via a Delayed Proof of Work (dPoW) protocol and decentralized crowdfunding (ICO) platform to remove middlemen from project funding. Offers services for startups to create and manage their own Blockchains. While it doesn't have as many partnerships as other BaaS, it is the only BaaS that offers privacy so far. However, that's. it such a bug competitive advantage, since it can be replicated rather swiftly.
  5. NEM: The NEM blockchain powers what they call the Smart Asset System. This system is intended to be an open, customizable blockchain solution for any number of use cases built on top of simple, powerful API calls. NEM started as a NXT fork and introduced a new consensus mechanism called Proof of Importance (PoI), designed to reward users’ contribution to the XEM community. It is roughly based on proof-of-stake, but it also reflects how active a user is in transacting with other users. POW rewards powerful computers and also requires excessive amounts of energy. POS gives an unfair advantage to coin hoarders. The more coins they keep in their accounts, the more they earn, meaning that the rich get richer and everyone has an incentive to save coins instead of spending them.
  6. Ark is a fork of Lisk, which is doubling down on a smaller feature set than Lisk. Ark is a good BaaS, though it doesn't have many partnerships. Furthermore, they haven't launched their platform yet.
  7. Dragonchain: The Purpose of DragonChain is to help companies quickly and easily incorporate blockchain into their business applications. Many companies might be interested in making this transition because of the benefits associated with serving clients over a blockchain – increased efficiency and security for transactions, a reduction of costs from eliminating potential fraud and scams, etc. Dragonchain is a good BaaS, though it doesn't have many partnerships. However, it was funded by Disney, so it might be able to get partnerships more easy.
  8. LISK: Lisk's difference to other BaaS is that side chains are independent to the main chain and have to have their own nodes. Similar to neo whole allows dapps to deploy their blockchain too. Lisk is a good BaaS, though it doesn't have many partnerships. Furthermore, they haven't launched their platform yet.
  9. Stratis: Different to LISK, Stratis will allow businesses and organizations to create their own blockchain according to their own needs, but secured on the parent Stratis chain. Stratis’s simple interface will allow organizations to quickly and easily deploy and/or test blockchain functionality of the Ethereum, BitShares, BitCoin, Lisk and Stratis environements.Stratis is similar to Lisk, but also doesn't have many partnerships
  10. ARDR: Ardor is a public blockchain platform that will allow people to utilize the blockchain technology of Nxt through the use of child chains. A child chain, which is a ‘light’ blockchain that can be customized to a certain extent, is designed to allow easy self-deploy for your own blockchain. Nxt claims that users will "not need to worry" about security, as that part is now handled by the main chain (Ardor). This is the chief innovation of Ardor. Ardor was evolved from NXT by the same company. NEM started as a NXT clone.
  11. Bytom: Bytom is an interactive protocol of multiple financial assets ( digital currency, digital assets warrants, securities, dividends, bonds, intelligence information, forecasting information and other information that exist in the physical world) can be registered, exchanged, gambled and engaged in other more complicated and contract-based interoperations via Bytom.

3) Liquidity

There are really only 2 platforms in the Liquidity market, albeit the Liquidity market could be one of the biggest markets with insitutional investors entering the cryptoworld soon, since there is very little liquidity in Bitcoin. For example, say a pension fund wants to buy or sell $10B in Bitcoins. No single exchange has that many Bitcoins available and it would wreak havoc on the market. This wouldn't be a problem with Liquidity platforms, since they pull all order books together and back up market liquidity with FIAT money among other things.
  1. QASH is used to fuel its liquid platform which will be an exchange that will distribute their liquidity pool. Its product, the Worldbook is a multi-exchange order book that matches crypto to crypto, and crypto to fiat and the reverse across all currencies. E.g., someone is selling Bitcoin is USD on exchange1 not owned by Quoine and someone is buying Bitcoin in EURO on exchange 2 not owned by Quoine. If the forex conversions and crypto conversions match then the trade will go through and the Worldbook will match it, it'll make the sale and the purchase on either exchange and each user will get what they wanted, which means exchanges with lower liquidity if they join the Worldbook will be able to fill orders and take trade fees they otherwise would miss out on.They turned it on to test it a few months ago for an hour or so and their exchange was the top exchange in the world by 4x volume for the day because all Worldbook trades ran through it. Binance wants BNB to be used on their one exchange. Qash wants their QASH token embedded in all of their partners. More info here https://www.reddit.com/CryptoCurrency/comments/8a8lnwhich_are_your_top_5_favourite_coins_out_of_the/dwyjcbb/?context=3Qash is doing something completely different as the above mentioned. It offers liquidity in an illiquid market. Sell shovels during a gold rush.
  2. Loopring is similar to Qash, only that it functions as a dezentralized exchange, while QASH is more of an API without a user interface. It is a protocol that will enable higher liquidity between exchanges and personal wallets by pooling all orders sent to its network and fill these orders through the order books of multiple exchanges. When using Loopring, traders never have to deposit funds into an exchange to begin trading. Even with decentralized exchanges like Ether Delta, IDex, or Bitshares, you’d have to deposit your funds onto the platform, usually via an Ethereum smart contract. But with Loopring, funds always remain in user wallets and are never locked by orders. This gives you complete autonomy over your funds while trading, allowing you to cancel, trim, or increase an order before it is executed.

4) Misc

These are platforms that are focused on a specialized functionality
  1. Nebulas: Similar to how google indexes webpages Nebulas will index blockchain projects, smart contracts & data using the Nebulas rank algorithm that sifts & sorts the data. Developers rewarded NAS to develop & deploy on NAS chain. Nebulas calls this developer incentive protocol – basically rewards are issued based on how often dapp/contract etc. is used, the more the better the rewards and Proof of devotion. Works like DPoS except the best, most economically incentivised developers (Bookkeepers) get the forging spots. Ensuring brains stay with the project (Cross between PoI & PoS). 2,400 TPS+, DAG used to solve the inter-transaction dependencies in the PEE (Parallel Execution Environment) feature, first crypto Wallet that supports the Lightening Network.Nebulas is the only one doing what it's doing. This makes them very unique and a good investment.
  2. Centrality is a decentralized market place for dapps that are all connected together on a blockchain-powered system. Centrality aims to allow businesses to work together using blockchain technology. With Centrality, startups can collaborate through shared acquisition of customers, data, merchants, and content. That shared acquisition occurs across the Centrality blockchain, which hosts a number of decentralized apps called Scenes. Companies can use CENTRA tokens to purchase Scenes for their app, then leverage the power of the Centrality ecosystem to quickly scale. Some of Centrality's top dapps are, Skoot, a travel experience marketplace that consists of a virtual companion designed for free independent travelers and inbound visitors, Belong, a marketplace and an employee engagement platform that seems at helping business provide rewards for employees, Merge, a smart travel app that acts as a time management system, Ushare, a transports application that works across rental cars, public transport, taxi services, electric bikes and more. All of these dapps are able to communicate with each other and exchange data through Centrality. Centrality is the only one doing what it's doing. This makes them very unique and a good investment.
  3. Salt: Leveraging blockchain assets to secure cash loans. Plans to offer cash loans in traditional currencies, backed by your cryptocurrency assets. Allows lenders worldwide to skip credit checks for easier access to affordable loans.Salt is a good lending platform. However, there is also Elixir, a better investment with a 30x smaller market cap, but also strong technology. Elixir has such a low market cap, because they didn't have an ICO and they only focused on development and no marketing. As of last week, they started marketing.
  4. Aion: Today, there are hundreds of blockchains. In the coming years, those hundreds will become thousands and—with ,widespread adoption by mainstream business and government—millions. Blockchains don’t talk to each other at all right now, they are like the PCs of the 1980s. The Aion network is able to support custom blockchain architectures while still allowing for cross-chain interoperability by enabling users to exchange data between any Aion-compliant blockchains by making use of an interchain framework that allows for messages to be relayed between blockchains in a completely trust-free manner.
  5. Waves is a decentralized exchange and crowdfunding platform by letting companies and projects to issue and manage their own digital coin tokens to raise money.
  6. ChainLink is a decentralized oracle service, the first of its kind. Oracles are defined as an ‘agent’ that finds and verifies real-world occurrences and submits this information to a blockchain to be used in smart contracts. With ChainLink, smart contract users can use the network’s oracles to retrieve data from off-chain application program interfaces (APIs), data pools, and other resources and integrate them into the blockchain and smart contracts. Basically, ChainLink takes information that is external to blockchain applications and puts it on-chain. The difference to Aeternity is that Chainlink deploys the smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. Chainlink's main functionality is oracles, a functionality also offered by IOTA.
  7. QTUM: Smart Contracts on the Bitcoin blockchain. QTUM is a smart contracts for BTC, a very niche market. Furthermore, BTC might offer smart contracts itself soon and make QTUM obsolete. Hopefully QTUM will expand into more smart contracts functionality to become relevant again.
Nebulas with Indexing the Blockchain world and Salt with Lending are probably the 2 most interesting platforms here. Nebulas doesn't have a single competitor, though there are several competitors to Salt with a much smaller market cap and with similar development progress, ELIX.

5) Behemoths

There are 3 platforms that have not been discussed yet. However, they can do most what the above platforms can do and have the potential to steal the market of all above mentioned platforms. That's why I call them behemoths.
1.) Skycoin :Skycoin is building what Pied Piper is building in the series HBO's Silicon Valley, a completely decentralized internet that is not run by ISPs, but by IoT devices, making telecom providers like Comcast, ISPs who can control bandwith, cost, net neutrality, filters, access etc. obsolete and completely decentralize them. Skycoin offers what 36 coins are offering:
  1. 12 Scalable Currency (Bitcoin, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Dash, Bitcoin Gold, Nano, Bitcoin Diamond, Dogecoin, Digibyte, Decred, Bitcoin Atom)
  2. 10 Smart Contract and Dapps platforms (Cardano, Ethereum, Neblio, EOS, Stellar, Neo, Rchain, IOST, Ziliqa, Eth classic)
  3. 10 BaaS (VeChain, Icon, WTC, Ontology, Komodo, NEM, Ark, Dragonchain, LISK, Stratis).
  4. 4 Decentralized Storage (Siacoin, Maidsafe, Gybte, Storj)
If you think that the decentralized Internet will blow all other markets out of the water and will be the biggest invention of this decade, then Skycoin is your pick, because covers that and what 27 coins do.
2.) IOTA: With the launch of Q 1 week ago, IOTA is about to offer what 27 platforms within the Top 100 are offering (!) and they are probably looking to replace several more.
  1. 12 Scalable Currency (Bitcoin, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Dash, Bitcoin Gold, Nano, Bitcoin Diamond, Dogecoin, Digibyte, Decred, Bitcoin Atom.)
  2. 10 Smart Contract and Dapps platforms (Cardano, Ethereum, Neblio, EOS, Stellar, Neo, Rchain, IOST, Ziliqa, Eth classic)
  3. 2 Oracles (Aeternity, ChainLink)
  4. 3 Outsourced Cloud Computing (DBC, Aelf, Golem)
IOTA is at the same level as Skycoin and Elastos. However, SKY's flagship product is the Decentralized Internet and ELA's is the most comprehensive dapps operating system in the cryptosphere, which IOTA cannot really replicate in the near future, because it takes years of reseach and development. This protects ELA and SKY from IOTA for now.
However, it looks like IOTA can snatch up all the smaller, easier to replicate markets, such as cloud computing, oracles, smart contracts, decentralized storage, currency exchange and soon possibly also supply chain management, BaaS functionality, privacy, security identification since none of those are really hard to build. However, Skycoin and Elastos will probably focus on their flagships and leave IOTA to scoop up all the rest. It will be an interesting year.
3.) Elastos started out as a mobile operating system 18 years ago and has now moved towards a smart contracts platform, operating system and a runtime environment for Dapps. Thanks to side-chains they are near infinitely scalable and is thus also very decentralized. Elastos is offering what 36 coins are offering
  1. 12 Scalable Currency (Bitcoin, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Dash, Bitcoin Gold, Nano, Bitcoin Diamond, Dogecoin, Digibyte, Decred, Bitcoin Atom.)
  2. 10 Smart Contract and Dapps platforms (Cardano, Ethereum, Neblio, EOS, Stellar, Neo, Rchain, IOST, Ziliqa, Eth classic)
  3. 10 BaaS (VeChain, Icon, WTC, Ontology, Komodo, NEM, Ark, Dragonchain, LISK, Stratis).
  4. 4 Decentralized Storage (Siacoin, Maidsafe, Gybte, Storj)
If you are very convinced that BaaS solutions and dapps platforms will be the big winners for 2018, then Elastos is your pick as far as I can see, because it is probably the best BaaS and dapps platform with near infinite scalability and the best decentralization and thus does what 32 coins do.
3 Closing Questions
All of the above findings leave me with those 3 questions. What are your thoughts?
  1. Why invest in any of Dapps platforms (Cardano, Neblio, EOS, Stellar, Neo, Aeternity, Rchain, IOST, Ziliqa, Ethereum, Eth classic) when Elastos and Skycoin do everything they do, are much more decentralized and scalable through side-chain/off-chain/horizontal scaling and offer lots more functionality beyond that?
  2. Why invest in any BaaS (Ontology, Komodo, NEM, Ark ,Dragonchain, LISK, Stratis, ARDR) if ICX and VeChain offer everything what all of the above offer and already have 10x more partnerships than their competitors?
  3. It looks like out of all 35 platforms, only 5 are really strong: IOTA, Skycoin, Elastos, VeChain, ICX. While the first 3 seem to cover already almost half of the top 100, the last 2 really convince in the partnership department. What's the argument for investing in any of the 30 other platforms? Maybe that they can specialise on a specific feature set, however, is this really a convincing argument? The cryptoworld is harsh and if you can't keep up with competition, you'll be moved out of the market quickly.

Have You Been Able to Get A Hold of a Crypto Policy Maker/Lobbyist/Legislator?

I thought about linking or sharing a legalish letter I wrote the CFTC in the hopes to gain some exposure and eyes on the issue, but it would go over the heads of a lot here and wouldn't get to the point.
I don't know how else to make this clear, anyone who is a trader in crypto who is american who relies on leverage and complex trading and hedging and management of their portfolios, we are as American Investors, and American US Citizen completely under threat regulatoryily from our own SEC and CFTC and a hostile Trump administration.

They are fully aiming to shut us out of foreign exchanges. They are actually taking a more harsh stance than they did with retail forex. They are basically going to break the industry at this point. A industry without derivatives is not sustainable, it's going to wreck the domestic market and push US citizens into other asset classes.

They have no plans of offering us a fair market or letting a domestic exchange provide proper leverage. Their motives for shutting down binance and all the other exchanges to US citizen are ulterior, bad faith, anti competitive, and absolutely draconian. Don't tell me, and don't let them tell you that it is to protect American investors. that is profound bullshit.

Every single asset class has derivatives. Everything that isn't a security can and is highly leveraged in order to manage portfolios. And Securities have Options. Modern finance cannot work without this. The US governments refusal to allow domestic American derivatives is unacceptable. Their neglect to this market and hyper regulation and lack of clarity is unacceptable. If you know ANY pro crypto policy maker and legislator, and lobbyist please reach out to them about the regulatory overreach and please list their name in this thread. You guys need to take this serious.

Stop running on and on about the meme leverage of Bitmex. This isn't about that. Study other finance and asset classes. This is about Bitcoin and Crypto having a fair normal comparative market infrastructure to all the other commodities and futures in the United States. And we should be allowed to use foreign brokers. This ECP shit has to end. IF you can get a foreign stock account, a foreign commodity account in Europe with KYC, it should be that way with crypto. this is unfair bullshit and unfair discrimination of Crypto just like retail forex, under the same rules. The US government is unduly applying Forex regulatory law to Bitcoin. That's why we get banned from every foreign exchange, thats why we aren't allowed. Because of Dodd Frank Act.

Why some people relapse after 90/180/360 days + The Tapering Strategy

Hello. I’ve been inspired to write this short message on why some people relapse because of a recent post I read from a very frustrated young man here on noFap, and I’ll also share with you a unique strategy commonly used in alcoholic patients that you may find helpful. So, without further ado, here we go:
Why do some people relapse after 90/180/360 days?
You’d think that a guy who makes it to 90 days would be free from PMO forever, right? Well, based on the amount of reports we’re seeing here on noFap, it’s fairly obvious that some people who reach three, six, even twelve months of hard mode fall back into the habit. Most of the reasons given is that urges suddenly “creeps up on them”, usually during a “bad day”.
In my opinion, the main reason for this is a misconception of how the body works during addiction recovery. You’ve probably seen that famous Lord Of The Rings noFap poster that features old-Theoden as Day 0, then new-Theoden as day 20, then Aragorn as day 40, the grey-Gandalf as Day 60, then white-Gandalf as Day 90. It’s all very inspiring, but this is absolute hogwash because it pretends that addiction recovery is a linear progress like this:
Diagram of noFap progress as linear
Basically, the claim is that if you start noFap, then the superpowers will just keep on growing nonstop, forever, past 90 days and onward. This is impossible! No matter what you do, a human being simply cannot keep maturing at a constant pace. It will have to pull back eventually and regroup, making it seem as if noFap has suddenly stopped working, when in fact the body and brain are just taking a break to get ready for another surge. Rather than a straight line, PMO recovery actually looks more like this:
Diagram of noFap progress as bouncing
If you think this is far out, take a look at the stock/forex/indices markets:
Diagram of the S&P with the same principle
In the example above, the S&P is clearly dominating, but notice that it keeps bouncing up and down in a zigzag pattern despite a general uptrend. A poor trader zooms in only in that particular moment and think that the downward bounce is indicative that the S&P is finally going to fail. If he bet money on it, he’d be broke by now. Every bounce downward is only TEMPORARY. If you zoom out and see the big picture, you’ll clearly notice that the general trend is still going upward.
Same with noFap. After 30 days, the body will stop producing superpowers, and your self esteem will drop. If you focus only on that moment, you might think that noFap is a failure and will likely relapse. However, if you hold on, you’ll soon figure out that the body was simply SHORING UP RESOURCES to resume for ANOTHER PUSH upward, just like when the ocean has to pull back in order to make a bigger tide. You’d have wasted a month if you gave in to the temporary lapse when nothing is happening!
The Tapering Strategy
For severe PMO addicts, I'd like to share a strategy that I learned back in my days working at a rehab clinic. Basically, some alcoholics are so addicted that a sudden cold turkey (i.e. quitting outright) will lead to the body reacting so violently that it will often cause the patient to have seizures and die. Obviously, PMO doesn’t cause us to die when we stop, but the withdrawal symptoms for some will be so harsh that it would feel like dying, so they relapse. What’s the solution?
Taper it!
What the alcoholics are usually advised is to slowly ratchet down the amount of drinks they take. They can still drink, only that the amount will decrease by minute portions everyday until it finally drops to zero. This way, the body can adjust normally, and the willpower to quit won’t suddenly give out. Applying that to noFap, here’s what it might look like:
Day 1 – PMO as much as you like
Day 2 – Break
Day 3 – PMO as much as you like
Day 4 – Break
Day 5 – Break
Day 6 – PMO as much as you like
Day 7 – Break
Day 8 – Break
Day 9 – Break
Day 10 – PMO as much as you like
…and so on.
This might seem counterintuitive, but you are able to train your willpower by slowly ratcheting up the challenge rather than biting on a piece of stick and going 90-days hard mode at once. I don’t care who you are, you can certainly do one day of no PMO! And after you’ve had your “fix”, you can try to do two days clean. Then get your “fix” again, then do three days clean, and so on, until the intervals between sessions grow wide enough as to render PMO irrelevant. This way, the addiction becomes much more managable to kick.
Of course, it’s not a guarantee of success, but who knows? If you're a hard case PMO addict, give it a try!
I hope you like my post. Long Live and Prosper!
TL;DR noFap works in a zigzag pattern, not a linear progression. Also, you might want to space out your PMO rather than go cold turkey.

Asset Management Competition

Let's talk about the thing I see people rarely talking about in retail Forex. How people actually make multiple millions.

How many people do you see talking about the practical nuts and bolts of how to make $10 million in Forex? None? Why not? Probably because they do not know. They know no-one who has, and they do not know the methodology to get into this position.

A lot of people get caught up talking about thousands. Thousands is not a lot. I suppose it depends what you want to do in life, but thousands it thinking small. If you let yourself get into that perspective, you will then let yourself revise down your targets to make them more and more "realistic".

Listen, and pay attention, the performance of the average people around you is only realistic to the average! Do not let them revise down your idea of realistic for you to make it match theirs. They do not know everything (even if they think they do, in which case they probably know even less).

There is a guy I know of who has 15 years track record with no losing months ...none! He manages somewhere just a bit 3/4 billion USD, personally. He makes about 5% a month, of which he is paid an undisclosed fee (but I know it must be over 30%, because 30% was on offer for far less proven traders).

Do the math! These elite traders are out there. If you choose not to believe that, okay .... you can go average. No problem. It can be easier to do this, it does not require a lot of improvement, nor self questioning. Whereas if you admit you are lagging far behind what you could be, you have to go "Holy fucking shit, I thought I was okay but I fucking suck!", then you have to get better, and that is hard. Only those of a strong nature tend to be able to face this in themselves and overcome it. Excuses are so much easier.

So how does one get into asset management?

In a word, metrics.

Something to understand in trading, there is more good money looking for traders than there is good traders looking for money. Money will find you! I do not want to disclose too much of the I.P of some of the things I know of, but trust me, they know how to find you. If you have the right numbers, people will be in touch.

Another good thing to do is to try to get some sort of in. Someone who likes you and will give you some of their time tips and the odd introduction here and there. This is the sort of thing that happens just through networking. Knowing here you want to go and trusting you will find a path there. I was fortunate. I was running a free signals group with some 10,000 + people in it. As it turned out, one of they people could allocate millions to investment and approached me offering me $500,000 to get started.

A golden metric is your average monthly gain vrs your maximum equity draw-down. If you can make your maximum loss
no more than double what your average monthly gain is over a substantial period of time, getting a few million under management is rather easy. One of the main reasons this metric is so important is traders who fit this criteria are unlikely to have a lot of losing quarters (and theoretically, a basket of traders fitting these metrics should not lose a quarter overall). Which is something in the forefront of the minds of many large investors.

Next, repeatability. Methodology. You need to be doing the same thing. When a quant team runs your strategy, it has to make logical sense. They have to be able to see what you are doing and why it works. Assess the risks of that and how much it can be scaled up (ie, maximum funds it can support).

Finally, gains. Of course you have to be making some profit. This is definitely secondary to the draw-down rule, though. Making gains with large draw-downs is suitable for small money, not for large.

You have to understand draw-down includes running profits. So if a trade goes up 2% and then comes back to close at a 1% loss, you just lost 3%. This seems harsh, and it is kinda, but it is the way this is assessed. Losing profits is losing. You have to be very proficient in capping losses.

These things are not easy. There are various technical and psychological challenges to overcome to be able to do this. That is why it pays so much. It is hard. It is unobtainable for the average person. Many people do not even think in the right format to go about making a half decent effort at this.

These golden ideals need to be built into the strategy used. What you do needs to be intentionally shaped to be suitable for this.

If any of you are able to meet such standards, I can most likely provide you with an in for this sort of money management. Hook you up with people that can give you $100,000 to test the waters and scale up dramatically after that. You will need 6 - 9 months of good trading behind you to be considered for this. With 6-9 months good trading, you can be watch listed by people who it is worth having watching you.

So ... let's see who has what it takes. If anyone thinks they can work towards being able to meet these metrics, link up a new account, set up Myfxbook tracking and see if you can produce the numbers. If you are making a good effort but not quite getting it, I can help you with some tips to further improve that.

To help with this, I will provide you an example and benchmark strategy I trade. As always, I will make my account data entirely public, so you can see all the trades.

I will be using an extremely selective strategy that will be based upon this strategy here https://www.reddit.com/Forexnoobs/comments/aet6am/the_best_single_trade_on_the_market_imo/

I will add a few extra filters to my entry, to lower my draw-down and increase my win rate. I will use fractionally low risk, and look for large RR trades, with good stop trailing to prevent equity draw-down.

This is literally one trade. A single trade that anyone can learn. You can make a million mastering a single trade. Indeed, many people who have made millions in trading done so by doing just that. Not many people in the retail market seem to know that. Few people really know the logistics of how people make a lot of money.

You can make a million in a few years doing this. Absolutely inside of five years. All it takes is a concerted effort directed towards the right ideals.

Do not let others tell you this can not be done, people are doing it and people are saying it can not be done. Think carefully about what camp you want to be in. It is your choice.

Marginal trading will save the crypto-investor’s deposit

The general enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies did not make all representatives of the crypto-community fabulously rich. Only a few of them managed to achieve a really good profit. Most crypto-traders were in the red. How and why did this happen? Has it happened due to the lack of professional actions of new stock players, or the roots of the problem lie much deeper? We talked about this and many other things with the representative of the Forex broker Larson Holz IT Ltd, the head of control and audit-Alexander Smirnov.
– Exchange trading of crypto assets made some traders. fabulously rich, but most of the others parted with the lion’s share of their deposits on the first fall of bitcoin and were disappointed in crypto-trading. Why did this happen? All the fault is solely the actions of the investors themselves, isn’t it?
– This is a very good question, which is much more difficult to answer than it seems at first glance. The rapid growth in the value of cryptocurrencies has turned many people’s heads. More recently, the price of the same bitcoin could increase by 20 – 25 percent in a week. The desire to earn well, while making a minimum effort, attract to crypto-exchanges lots of players who had little idea where they got and what they are going to do. Young crypto-traders who did not have time to rely on serious exchange battles really lost 70, or even 80 percent of deposits on the first fall of bitcoin. But this happened not only because the actions of investors were too risky or rash – just crypto -trading, in the form in which it was offered to them, turned out to be a one-way game, the rules of which are written so that an ordinary user in 99 percent of cases is more likely to lose than win.
– What do you mean by that?
– The functionality of the platforms on which crypto-traders started trading, simply did not assume any other development of events. Perhaps, if people had carefully studied the rules of the game, none of this would have happened, but all people rushed to trade, and only realizing that things were not going as well as we would like, began to delve into the essence of things. The reality turned out to be harsh: it turned out that behind the beautiful words about “freedom” from monopolists, about unhindered trade in high-yield assets and the movement to a new independent economy, there was a rather primitive design for pumping money out of the population.
– So you’re saying it was a trap?
– Think yourself: 99 percent of crypto-exchanges do not have functionality for both simple and technical analysis, it is impossible to put stop-losses on them, but there are big buttons “buy” and “sell”. For any more or less experienced trader at first glance it will be clear that it is not necessary to communicate with such sites, because it is not so much an exchange as a casino, where nothing depends on the actions of a player by and large.
– But crypto-traders who came to earn bitcoin, were not embarrassed by interface or a very limited functionality…
– Absolutely. Moreover, the loyalty of crypto-traders was almost boundless: people believed, and still believe that it is absolutely normal to have regular pauses on. platforms, “technical updates” at the wrong time, the inability to make transactions with assets over several days and even a large-scale hacking of crypto-exchanges! For 2 – 3 days, the cost of the crypto-asset can both soar to the skies and fall below the floor, and people humbly wait for the crypto-exchange to restart the servers! But any such “simple” costs tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars of net losses due to the inability to get rid of the asset that started to sharply become cheaper in time!
– It turns out that trading of cryptocurrencies is a true scam?
– Of course it is not. Do not turn away from crypto-trading after the first failures. As you know, they learn from mistakes, and those who managed to fill their bumps will continue to treat stock trading much more responsibly. The size of the initial deposit has decreased by half, three times? This doesn’t explain anything. Correct actions and several successful transactions will return you to success, and the deposit to its original state.
– But how to trade if the account is almost empty?
– Civilized trading environment knows the correct answer to this question: marginal trading. In a broad sense, it is making transactions on the stock exchange at the expense of credit funds provided to the trader by the broker under the guarantee of a certain deposit. The beauty of this trade is that with only $ 1,000 of your own funds, you can open a deal for $ 500,000 or even $ 1,000,000. If the transaction is successful-all. profit (minus interest on leverage) is yours, if not – by and large you risk only with your deposit.
– That is, the risk is present in any case?
– All stock trading is based on risk. The question is how big and justified it is. Marginal trading is a really handy tool that can give a trader a very good results if they follow a few simple but very important rules.
First, a successful trader does not care whether the market is growing or falling: he earns on price movements. An asset rises in price – a trader opens a long position, becomes cheaper – make it shorter. Second, a good trader never works with just one asset. He switches from cryptocurrency to Fiat and back. . But the most important thing is the understanding that the success of a trader depends not only on what he does, but also where. People who know how to count money will never get involved with sites that hang out at the most interesting place or from which someone can steal something.
– You would like to hint that it is better not to mess with crypto-exchanges?
– I am not hinting, but saying that brokerage companies that have functionality for working with crypto-instruments look much preferable to crypto-exchanges at least because of the use of Meta Trader 4 and Meta Trader 5 trading terminals. First broker with initially specializes in crypto-trading was LH-CRYPTO. It opens for a crypto-trader all currently known trading instruments from one crypto-account. At the moment, this site, both in terms of functionality and terms of trade, simply does not have worthy competitors.

XE TRADER Sept.2015 REVIEW | A Scam Review? | Under The Bonnet Investigation

I personally don’t have time or money to waste on anything that smells like a scammy product or service. That’s why in early September when this product first flashed across my screen, I was compelled to investigate. “What the……. is this?” was my initial response. This might sound harsh, however, if you, the consumer are looking for shortcuts to earn and learn how to get rich overnight using Binary Option Trading as your vehicle, you really need to ask yourself the hard questions before incinerating money on products that promise quick riches. Now, fast forward to today, my comments are still emphatic, however once you read this article and review my findings you will be surprised. Throughout this article we will identifying and asking the hard questions one should ponder before purchasing any type of Auto or Semi-Auto-Trader based software. Please read and pay special attention to this article, by the end you will be educated enough to decide whether or not this product is worth investing your time and money in.

WARNING: If you are a new or an existing Binary Options trader, you must be well aware that 90% of people trading Binary Options lose their money. To avoid black holes one should train their minds to acquire a tool set that will not only assist you identifying daily trades, but also provides you the the ability to read the markets, simplifying trend analysis and most importantly educating oneself to trade effectively. Don’t fall into the trap of receiving signals and resorting to blind trading, i.e. roll the dice, cross your fingers and hope for the best.

Q1. In a competitive market, what is the purpose and point of difference with XE Trader? Answer: As a trader you have a collection of tools you use to trade, to illustrate you may have a set of tools, i.e. a knife, screw driver, pick, metal file, corkscrew etc. XE Trader is packed with many all in one features similar to that of a Swiss Army Knife, features that will enhance your trading experience. XE Trader is delivered to you as a platform not an application with its versatility you can install third party applications within this platform. September 2015, the claim has been made that “XE Trader is the world's most advanced currency pair trend indicator and signals robot designed specifically for binary options trading”. How so? “XE Trader is packed with feature rich enhancements that improve your trading experience”. The main purpose behind XE Trader is to serve as an aid in assisting traders with their understanding of trades, where the information comes from, so they can spot opportunities on their own as they arise within the markets.

Q2. Who’s behind this product, what’s their history? are they known criminals/scammers? Answer: XE Trader is brought to you by the world's largest privately owned binary options trader education company Options XE. Education in the form of Trading Webinars is a core part of Option XE's business. Following 3 years of development EX Trader is now the successor of the worlds first binary options robot Optionbot 2, their first creation. Over the years many trading bots have been released into the market, within weeks/months they crash and burn, never to be seen again. Optionbot 2 on the other hand has been and still in circulation, very popular and profitable since day one. This in itself attributes to the success of OptionXE’s first live OptionBot. “In short the XE Trader platform is more than a trading tool, it’s an all encompassing service which will help you win more trades and learn how to become a more effective trader”. The brains and brawn behind OptionBot2 and XE Trader include.

Keith Wareing.............CEO of OptionXE Jack Travers................Services Director Ben Newman...............Operations Director

Answer: As an improvement from OptionBot2’s costly and strict broker entry requirements of 3 to 5 must have registered brokers The entry requirement for XE TRADER is just the one broker. You can even use your existing broker.

Q5. How much does this product cost? Are there any hidden costs? What’s the catch? Answer: You can pay an all up lifetime licence of 2,999 pounds, includes 1 month subscription to their daily training webinars or you can opt in for the a Free Licence offer, how long this window stays open is anyone’s guess. XE Trader Product Video

WARNING: As video has been published by OptionsXE, a pinch of salt could be in order, unbiased content? Well you decide. Historical sales and ITM performance form OptionBot2, would suggest that after years of further research and development of XE Trader could be a promising in this industry. What we have here is now called a platform, somewhat more than a trading tool, an all encompassing service that will help you win more trades and learn how to become a more effective trader.

Q8. If I invest in this product and it all goes very wrong, what are my options? Answer: The XE Team behind the development and support for this product are very credible, collectively they have years of knowledge and experience. Ben Newman provides live assistance and training via his complimentary webinars as a service once you register with XE Trader.

To conclude it is refreshing to see a sold rounded product unlike the other scams on the internet. Thank You for reviewing this article, I hope you have found it informative. Please leave a comment below, all the best as you complete you own due diligence and move forward.

WARNING Advice:

1. Always remember when testing out any new trading ventures, manual or automatic, make sure you have a money management plan, once you have a strategy in place stick with it.

2. A FREE trading DEMO account is a great way to test out new strategies so you don’t go bust in the process.
3. Not all brokers are made equal when it comes to great customer service, being able to withdraw funds, having a user friendly, easy to use trading platform to work with. I have traded with a countless number of brokers, some I have had nightmare experiences. I prefer to trade only using industry regulated brokers tick all the boxes, as above ( I have listed these below). If
you are not sure, try out one of the brokers listed below, do a background check as required, they will provide you with a demo account on request.
